Individualised youth services for minors at-risk and their families

We are a government approved, youth welfare organisation providing assistance, ambulatory mentoring and out-of-home care, for at-risk minors and their families. With individualised approaches, youth and families are supported in the best possible way by accounting for their specific situation.

Central to our approach is the development and execution of individually tailored support, while providing opportunities for self-realisation and learning. Solutions are provided in the form of cooperative participation. Resources and skills from the social environments of at-risk families are nurtured in order to open up sustainable perspectives and realise new life plans. In close cooperation with government agencies, goals are pursued in an individualised manner adhering to values of openness, respect, trust and reliability.

Our services include ambulatory social work; short-term time-outs, such as travel projects for minors in crises; and long-term, out-of-home care in Germany and abroad.
