Strategic direction to promote equal rights of boys and girls

According to Section 9, Social Code Book VIII “the different situations of girls and boys shall be considered, disadvantages shall be reduced and equal rights of girls and boys shall be promoted”.

Since our model implies an individualised approach we have a look at the respective gender-specific aspects of the behaviour of children, youths and their parents. In our concepts gender-related differences are taken into account thus contributing to breaking up traditional gender roles and reducing gender-specific discrimination.
