Individualised projects require qualified persons providing assistance using specific competencies and personal qualifications in the fields of social work, counselling and therapy. We cooperate with professionals in terms of Section 72, Social Code Book VIII, going along with our concept and employing a wide range of methods.
We regard our freelancers as key personnel to creatively deal with conflict and are flexible in setting clear limits, if necessary. Professionals can fill most different roles in an individualised setting, acting as identification model (mentor, promoter, model, mediator and counsellor).
In ongoing projects we support our freelancers by collegial advice and continuous practical support by our coordinators.
We also provide further training courses and professional individual supervisions and group supervisions. Our employees are part of quality circles in which child protection and sexual education and protection schemes, participation and additional relevant topics are discussed.
